Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account.
Money Laundering

Enforcement
Account Suspension and Termination
pc88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false information; (c) the account is being used for prohibited conduct; (d) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to pc88; or (e) a regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed pc88 to take action in relation to the account.
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than player breach — for example, where pc88 exits a particular market or discontinues a service — any verified real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances not yet converted to real money through completed wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

Liability
